Reconciliación 10 años después del acuerdo: la aplicabilidad del concepto de Reconciliación de Johan Galtung en Colombia
Resumen
Según Johan Galtung, el concepto de reconciliación aparece como elemento central para superar la violencia cultural. La reconciliación se entiende como el proceso de actitudes culturales rehabilitadas que niegan la posibilidad de la existencia
de violencia directa o estructural. Galtung propone que la forma ideal es llegar a una comprensión homogénea del daño causado para superarlo sin el uso de la violencia. En este artículo proponemos una actualización de esa aproximación a partir de un enfoque crítico del concepto de reconciliación. La reconciliación se presenta como un proceso complejo, donde la búsqueda de un sistema de valores homogéneo no es solo inviable, sino además indeseable. El texto presenta el actual proceso de reconciliación en Colombia y su desajuste con las teorías de Johan Galtung que requiere una reevaluación de los enfoques de reconciliación para su aplicación en el contexto actual colombiano.
